I’m excited about sharing the healing arts with others because it has been such a powerful force for transformation in my life.

In addition to the healing arts, I am passionate about health, fitness, and well-being. I love to stay active and fit through pilates classes at SOMA Movement Studio, as well as martial arts, yoga, parkour, running, bicycling, and strength training. My personal hobbies are singing, dancing, and expanding my knowledge and awareness, especially in the mind-body connection, human potential, the universal life force energy, interpersonal communication, and human behavior.
